The Bijou is Knoxville’s oldest business building, dating to 1813 as a tavern and to the 1830’s as “the grandest hotel in the South.” The Bijou is available for business meetings, concerts, films, photo shoots, private parties, proms, recitals, speakers/lectures, and weddings and receptions.

The Jacob Building is a two-story exhibition hall suitable for trade shows, meetings, performances, etc. It is located at Chilhowee Park (www.chilhoweepark.org). It measures 100 ft. x 400 ft. with 36,600 sq. ft. of unobstructed floor space on the main level and 20,500 sq. ft. on the balcony. There are four rest rooms and two dressing rooms. Two permanent concession areas are located on the main floor. The ceiling is 15 ft. under the balcony and a 30 ft. elsewhere. The building has six loading doors, two on the balcony level and four on the main level. All are 10 ft. wide and 11 ft. high. Free parking is available.

The exhibition hall is located in downtown Knoxville, adjacent to the Sunsphere at the World's Fair Park. The hall is a half million square feet of space and boasts a 119,922-square-foot exhibit hall and a 27,300-square-foot divisible ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,850 people for a formal banquet or 2,600 for a meeting. In July 2013 the center became a destination for 5-6,000 East Tennesseans looking to be part of PBS’ highest rated program, Antiques Roadshow.
