Knox County Schools

Berean Christian School - Berean Christian School is a K -12, family-friendly school, focused on readying its students for advanced education and for successful, Christian lives of leadership and service. The school is, and has been serving the community since 1980. It is a place where Knoxville-area families can turn for a quality education that includes the instilling of traditional Christian values and the fostering of a love for God in its students. Berean has received full accreditation by both the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) for grades K-12. Berean Christian competes in basketball, soccer, volleyball, and co-op with other schools for a variety of sport offerings.

Christian Academy of Knoxville - Nineteen full and part-time teachers are responsible for the student program. Facilities include life and physical science labs, library, gym and classrooms. Academic courses are language arts, math, Bible, history, and science. State education guidelines are followed with biblical principles integrated throughout the curriculum. Students rotate through classes of computer, foreign languages, Tennessee history, leadership and research paper. Band, physical education, health, and art classes are also included in the curriculum. Electives such as middle school newspaper (CAK Sword), law forum, math club, chess club, drama, musical theater,  choir, and creative writing are also offered. CAK Middle School is also a member of Knoxville Independent School league (K.I.S.L.) and students in grades 6 through 8 compete in basketball, cross-country, football (eighth only), track, cheerleading, golf, soccer, tennis, swimming (eighth only) and volleyball.

Concord Christian School - CCS has a K-8 curriculum based on the State of Tennessee benchmarks with emphasis on Biblical instruction. CCS is also a member of the Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools and is recognized by the State of Tennessee as a Category IV Church-Sponsored School.

First Lutheran School - First Lutheran School is committed to excellence in Christian education for ages three through eighth grade. Conveniently located off the Broadway I-40 exit, we're just 2 miles from downtown and 3 miles from UT.

Grace Christian Academy - Provide an academically excellent school experience where each student is equipped with the skills needed to excel both within and beyond the walls of Grace Christian Academy. The child is encouraged to develop as a whole person and responsible citizen, striving for the understanding and fulfillment of God's purpose in his or her life.

Greenway School - a private middle school located on a 20-acre wooded campus in West Knoxville, Tennessee. Specifically for students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades, Greenway School provides a pathway of integrity through these critical years of change and development.

Knoxville Christian School - Provides information on mission, history, staff, academics, athletics, school supply list, calendar of events, and news. At Knoxville Christian School, a great emphasis is placed on the spiritual well-being of each student. All students at KCS have daily Bible lessons and a daily chapel service.

Paideia Academy - Paideia Academy was founded in 2004 for the purpose of providing a challenging classical education founded upon a biblical worldview. The school, which emphasizes Christianity and a classical curriculum including Latin, Logic, and Rhetoric, is part of a growing movement nationwide.

Temple Baptist Academy - The junior high program combines strong faculty leadership with challenging academics in order to prepare young people for high school.

Tennessee School for the Deaf - A K-12 school serving deaf and hard of hearing students in the state of Tennessee.
