Buttermilk Coconut Pie

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small can coconut
Mix sugar, salt. Add melted margarine and stir well. Add beaten eggs, mix well and add buttermilk, vanilla and coconut. Mix well, pour into pie shell and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
