"I took my vehicle to Ted Russell Ford because the air conditioning unit was blowing warm air. The service department told me the compressor had to be replaced at a cost of $1,497.00. I then took my vehicle to a private mechanic who has worked on this particular type of vehicle for 17 years. He said the compressor was fine.
